Circle Area you want to work on
Write down goal ideas
Expand on WHY they’re important
If the why isn’t strong enough then cross that goal off your list (more on this in the free master mind)
Choose 2-4 goals per month depending on size
Write action plan
Answer questions
Tear off and pin up on your wall
Intentional Planner page:
Circle the month you’re in
Write out your month goals in the 5 key areas
Wire down your overarching why behind all your goals for that month (this should really get you feeling motivated)
Start each month in the first block - this is key to giving yourself no excuses like, ‘I’ll start on Monday.’ (more in the master mind)
Allocate a week to each goal that you’re going to focus on (only one goal a week but if you have 2 goals for the month give each goal 2 weeks etc)
