Mindset+Self-Care Tools for Women Who Want More
Self-Care Shouldn’t Feel Like Another Thing to Keep Up With
You’re not lazy, undisciplined, or doing it wrong - you're just busy, overwhelmed, and probably tired of routines that weren’t designed for you
.Blissful Type was made to help you build habits, rituals, and reflections that actually fit your life - not just your to-do list.
I Started This as My Side Hustle - Until Life Made It My Whole Plan
I started Blissful Type as a side hustle - just creating the tools I couldn’t find when everything felt like too much. Then a head-on crash changed everything, and I chose to go all in, before I felt ready.
Now, I’m a life coach building this brand and studying at Cambridge University to deepen my coaching methodologies to help you do the same: slow down, reflect, and build a life that feels like yours.
